iRobot offers a diverse range of products, each with unique features. To ensure shoppers find the right fit, we were tasked with creating an intuitive, engaging quiz that simplifies product selection and encourages trade-ups
What’s this? Our messy (but real) process of defining strategic imperatives and defining user flows.
We intentionally used color and dynamic visuals to highlight user selections and make questions instantly clear and easy to grasp. By keeping the quiz short and focused, we ensured users stay engaged, answer accurately, and enjoy the experience from start to finish.
