Verizon Home Internet Wall

THE CHALLENGE

Design a cohesive experience that elevates the current Verizon Home Internet (VHI) wall, enhancing the ability of reps to sell with merchandise, and meaningfully increase overall customer engagement with, and conversion to Verizon Home Internet.

MY ROLE

Designer

The current VHI wall is ineffective and requires us to reimagine the merchandising experience and narrative beyond just plans. To do that, we started by gathering the necessary context to understand today’s circumstances and surface what must be true to deliver successful concepts for tomorrow’s VHI experience in store.

Opportunities & Considerations

Today’s wall is just that: a barrier. Tomorrow’s wall needs to be a window.

Final Design

What if we crafted an experience as unique as VHI’s customers—where they feel understood, reps rely less on anecdotes, and demos anticipate questions? A personalized journey that makes VHI feel built just for the shopper—because it is.

Curated product collections and demos within three clear persona segments provide context for RTBs (Reason To Believe), reinforcing engagement with familiar and compelling cues, helping shoppers understand the right plan for them.
Personalized demo and plan building digital experiences enable deselection and selection—individual or guided.

Not too shabby, eh? Keep exploring.
